Among
the male singers of the classic film era, KL Saigal, Pankaj Mullick and KC
Dey enjoy a position of considerable eminence.
However,
for every popular song rendered by these great masters, there are
several which are not known even to their ardent 'Fans' today.

Simply
because they are not broadcast on radio or are no longer in active
circulation.
The
only possible means of keeping alive the memory of these great singers
and preserve the treasures they have created, is to help create
greater awareness and provide easy access to their body of work.

The
larger the number of music lovers who know about, listen to and
recall, hum or sing a classic song, greater is the chance of its
survival.
To
